Mobile 2.3.0
Mobile app

What's New

The app has been redesigned around SecureSafe's new branding, with an updated logo, refreshed colours, and new illustrations. This visual update applies to both Android and iOS.

Improvements

  • Sign-in is now more consistent across both platforms: your username is no longer case-sensitive, so login works however you type it.
  • On iOS, the Trash has been reorganised so deleted items appear newest first, making it easier to find something you just removed.

Bug Fixes

  • Both platforms received a fix for biometric login hanging on an endless loading screen after two-factor authentication was switched on.
  • On Android, a crash affecting a small number of users has been resolved. The app also now supports selecting and uploading multiple files, photos, and videos at once.
  • On iOS, biometric login no longer incorrectly prompts re-authentication when your device is offline.

New on iOS: Secure File Sharing

  • You can now send a file directly from the app via a secure link. Set who receives it, define how long the link stays valid, and add a short message if needed.

Desktop File 1.1.0

This release brings the desktop app in line with the latest SecureSafe branding, adds a built-in way to share diagnostic logs with support, and improves the reliability of file syncing. It also keeps the app working on the newest version of macOS and fixes a number of smaller issues.

What's New

  • Refreshed look: The desktop app now reflects the latest SecureSafe branding.
  • Share logs with support: You can now download a diagnostic log file from Settings > Support and send it to our team if you need help.

Improvements

  • Latest macOS support: The app now launches correctly on the newest version of macOS.

Bug Fixes

  • The Activity view no longer gets stuck loading when there is nothing to show.
  • Resolved an issue where syncing could get stuck or create conflicts after losing connection and signing back in.
  • Restored icons that were not displaying correctly.
  • Fixed the keyboard shortcut for quitting the app on macOS.
  • Fixed text being duplicated when pasting into the email field on Windows.

Web/Server 118.1.0
Web app

This release delivers the visual rebrand of SecureSafe Pass & File across all platforms and SecureSafe Exchange, alongside improvements to language consistency, SecureSend usability, and Entra ID SSO stability.

What's New
Right-Click Actions: You can now right-click on any file or password entry to access the full contextual action menu directly, without needing to use the "…" button.

Improvements

  • SecureSafe Pass & File Rebrand: The web application has a refreshed visual identity, with updated backgrounds, logos, and layouts across login, registration, password recovery, home screen, TeamSafe creation, settings, and all transactional emails.
  • SecureSafe Exchange Rebrand – Exchange has been updated to align with the new brand across all user levels, including end users, advisors, admins, and providers. Screens, success pages, email templates, and headers now reflect the new identity.
  • Language Consistency – Your language preference is now carried through reliably from the marketing website into registration, synced with billing communications when you change it in-app, and preserved across sessions without requiring reselection.
  • Storage Display – Storage capacity in the terabyte range now displays correctly as "2 TB" rather than "2000 GB".
