# SecureSafe > SecureSafe is a Swiss-hosted secure data platform from DSwiss AG for businesses and individuals. It combines password management, encrypted file storage, secure file exchange with customers, and tamper-proof document dispatch. It is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and serves regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, fiduciary services, and public administration. SecureSafe is the customer-facing product brand, and DSwiss AG is the legal entity behind it, headquartered at Flurstrasse 64, CH-8048 Zurich, with a second office in Lisbon. The product has operated since 2008. According to the site, more than 200 companies and institutions use SecureSafe, it has more than 10 million end users including more than 1.6 million private users, more than 140 million files have been stored and exchanged, and it is trusted by Europe's largest banks. The site also reports an average rating of 4.7 from more than 15,100 App Store reviews. The platform has four modules that can be used separately or together: Pass, File, Exchange, and Postbox. Businesses can use all four. Individuals and families can use Pass and File. It offers a REST/OpenAPI interface, SDKs, white-label deployment for enterprise customers, and single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID. The site is available in English, German (/de), French (/fr), and Italian (/it). Data is stored exclusively in data centers in Switzerland, under Swiss jurisdiction, on infrastructure the site says SecureSafe owns and operates, with geo-redundant backups that also stay in Switzerland. The site states that data is not processed or routed through infrastructure operated by major US or international cloud providers. The security page describes a zero-knowledge architecture implemented with server-side encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), controlled and audited decryption inside a monitored service environment, and no universal master key. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the company's only formal certification. GDPR, the Swiss FADP, DORA, NIS2, and FINMA expectations are described as alignments rather than certifications, and DSwiss AG is not itself a FINMA-supervised entity. The product also carries the Swiss Made Software label. ## Platform - [Secure Data Platform for business](https://securesafe.com/secure-data-platform): Overview of the four modules, the shared cryptographic core, and integration options. - [SecureSafe Pass](https://securesafe.com/secure-data-platform/pass): Encrypted credential storage and sharing through team safes, with role-based access, instant revocation, autofill, password generator, CSV import, two-factor authentication, and Entra ID single sign-on.
